“Luxury here is found in restraint. Less about adding more, more about knowing what to leave out.”
Some spaces make an impression through scale or statement. Others stay with you for quieter reasons: the warmth of the materials, the softness of the light and the way everything settles naturally into place. That feeling became the foundation of this majlis.
Warm timber, natural stone, soft neutral fabrics and subtle darker accents give the room depth. Clean architectural lines run through the wall treatments, joinery and built-in elements, creating a gentle rhythm from one area to the next.
Lighting was considered as part of the architecture from the beginning. Natural light allows the materials to speak during the day, while warmer layers make the room more intimate toward evening.

Warm timber, natural stone and soft neutral fabrics form the base. Darker details add definition, while texture carries more visual weight than decoration.

“Nothing in the room competes for attention.”
Concealed lighting was integrated into niches and selected surfaces from the first sketches. Daylight reveals the material palette; warmer evening light changes the room without becoming a feature in itself.
